What is general surgery?

General surgery is the surgical subspecialty that involves treatment of any injury, deformity and disease with operative procedures. It is considered as an option when medications can no longer alleviate your condition.

Do I qualify for weight loss surgery?

A: If your BMI is >30 you would be suitable for weight loss surgery particularly if you have signs of obesity related disease such as high blood pressure, diabetes, joint trouble or sleep apnoea.

What is robotic-assisted surgery?

Robot-assisted technology is a way where the computer controlled robots are utilized in performing surgeries to obtain more precision and accuracy. The robotic arm serves as an extended hand for the surgeon and provides greater range of motion and dexterity.

What are your business hours?

Our practice hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made by telephoning our practice at (302) 678-3627

What should I bring with me when I come for an appointment?

When you come for your appointment remember to bring the following:

  • Driver’s License or a valid ID
  • Insurance information
  • Referral Letter (if required)
  • Reports, X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans etc and any other relevant information
  • List of medications (if any)

What should I bring with me when I come for an appointment?

When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:

  • GP referral letter
  • X-rays and scans
  • Patient registration form (optional)
  • Private Health Insurance details
  • Letter of authority & authority number (workers comp and 3rd party only)
